“A dear friend, Supriya Pandit (A Luma Film) is creating a film of my mom’s life as a momento for our family. It has led me to find all kinds of photos including one that I never recall seeing before—taken in May 1942 when Lucy (Ming-Chu) Kao was 11 yrs old, living with family in Shanghai. Image quality is pretty good, considering the photo is 82 yrs old!”
